We will list your property on the Real Estate Industry's Multiple Listing Service® for $595.00. That price for our basic package includes:
- Full listing on MLS®
- For Sale sign
- Listing on our web sites as well as on the Coldwell Banker sites
- All web listings with at least 6 photographs
- Just listed postcards
- Full colour and black and white professionally produced “Feature Sheets”
- Use of Open House Signs
- Open House Listings in print media at cost
- Free Listing on the Realtors® web site www.openhouses.ca
- You can opt to change to our full Ultimate Service® program at any time, and when we sell your home, the Basic Package price will be deducted from commissions owed.
In addition to our basic services you can contract for almost all of the individual services that make up a full service package on an A LA CARTE basis.
