We believe we are worth the marketing fees we charge when we successfully sell your property. But, if you want to try to sell your home privately, or work with us in order to save
"Listing Commision," you owe it to yourself to talk to us.
We will list your property on the Real Estate Industry's Multiple Listing Service® for only $595.00. As well as a full listing on the RAHB MLS® web site that price for our basic package includes:
· For Sale sign
· Listing on our web sites as well as on the Coldwell Banker sites
· All web listings with at least 6 photographs
· Just listed postcards
· Full colour and black and white professionally produced “Feature Sheets”
· Use of Open House Signs
· Open House Listings in print media at cost
· You can opt to change to our full Ultimate Service® program at any time, and when we sell your home, the Basic Package price will be deducted from commissions owed.
In addition to our basic services you can contract for almost all of the individual services that make up a full service package on a fee for service basis. We provide far better service than the companies that specialise in FSBO (For Sale By Owner) service! There are two reasons we can make that claim. As licensed REALTORS® we are obligated by our company, Provincial, and National organisations to live up to professional standards of service and legal obligations.
