Judi Caplan is a Real Estate Broker working with Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Real Estate, Brokerage. She is ably assisted by Elke Meiritz. Elke's extensive experience in customer service and administration helps our team give you the best in service.
Judi's husband Marvin is the Broker of Record of A La Carte Real Estate, Brokerage(www.alcreb.ca). We are able to assist you with almost any real estate need. Experienced in residential, commercial and investment properties in the greater Hamilton area, Judi has helped sellers and buyers throughout the boundaries of the REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB)*.

As well she has attained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations.

Staged homes traditionally sell faster and/or for more money in today’s real estate market. The ASP® designation is a benchmark of true excellence in customer service for home sellers. When you select a real estate Broker to assist in a transaction as significant as purchasing or selling a home, or real estate investment - choose your representative with care. We are quite happy to be interviewed before their prospective clients select the representative they work with.
The Caplan team believes that for most customers full service real estate representation is the best option. But, they also believe that you should be able to choose the level of service you want. So they also work with a Fee for Service company, A La CarteReal Estate, Brokerage. This service allows home sellers to list their homes privately or do some of the marketing themselves, while using the Multiple Listing Service MLS®. See the A La Carte website to learn more.
While A La Carte - fee for service has the potential to aid "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) clients, the process of selling property can be fraught with difficulty. In most situations the Caplan Team believes the Coldwell Banker Ultimate Service® program is the best way to buy or sell any residential property. (The unique Ultimate Service program is more fully described elsewhere on this site.) In the section marked information for Buyers / Sellers some of the many difficulties are outlined.
